Information regarding your stay, please read before arrival at Tremaine Manor and Cottages.
Bathrooms
All cottages have a minimum of a shower over a bath. Cottage bathrooms are as described in the individual cottage details. All shower heads are on adjustable shower rails with a movable handheld head on a flexible hose.
Cleaning
All our accommodation is thoroughly cleaned between bookings. We are meticulous.
Extra persons
A cot with a mattress is available for those pre-booking them, for which there is no extra charge, but please bring your own cot bedding. extra towels are provided. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons booked occupy the property.
Bunk Beds
Our bunk beds are 2 full-sized (3′ wide) single beds. Top bunks must only be used by one person and they must be a minimum of 6 years old.
Arrival and Departure Times
Your cottage will be ready for you to occupy anytime after 4pm; please do not arrive early unless by prior arrangement as time is needed for thorough preparation of the cottage.
Travelling directions will be sent on receipt of your balance payment. We look forward to your arrival. Febe Campbell-Collins, who hails from Penzance, Cornwall is the Manager of Tremaine Manor and its Cottages, she lives 5 minutes away but is generally to be found in the Manor office (under the Archway) or roundabout the property. Please note that you should vacate your cottage by 10am on your departure day.
Alterations
We cannot normally accept an alteration to a booking once we have received the Booking Form and deposit. However, where feasible we will consider requests for an alteration upon receipt of written notification and a £25 alteration fee to cover our administration costs.
