Ploughman’s cottage is suitable for larger families looking for somewhere unique to stay. With beamed ceilings, and stone feature walls this characterful and spacious property provides for all your needs. The separate lounge/diner is a great place to gather on cooler nights, complete with traditional cloam bread oven and inglenook fireplace, light the impressive wood burner and enjoy some classic board games. The romantic downstairs bedroom, complete with four poster double bed, and en-suite shower room may prove convenient for those with limited mobility or early risers. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom and children’s bunk room. A family bathroom featuring both a shower and a separate bath can also be found on the first floor. A further two younger guests can also be accommodated in either a camp bed or cot in both double rooms. We’ve brought this historic cottage into the 21st century with features such us a wood fired hot tub, Smart TV & super-fast Wi-Fi, so you’re ready no matter what your family has planned.
Set within a private hamlet near the picturesque Cornish town of Looe, this three-bedroom cottage offers a charming holiday experience. Enjoy the on-site facilities, including the tennis court and pitch and putt or feel free to wander through the hamlet and discover the duck pond or challenge yourselves to a game of croquet. A private front patio area, complete with picnic table and Adirondack loungers-is the perfect spot for soaking up the Cornish sunshine and enjoying a tot of the complimentary Sloe Gin. Barbecues are also available to use.

Learn to surf at one of the many surf schools based at the local beaches or hire a boat for the day and take a trip along the River Looe. Stride out along the South West Coastal Path for stunning coastal scenery or head inland to the Deerpark Forest for another landscape entirely.
